María Gómez Cuando uno va a reservar los accesos ya están llenos pues solo dan algunos lugares a la Lisboa Card, no comprarla
Gracias por tus comentarios. Lamentamos que no hayas conseguido plaza para la Torre de Belém y el Monasterio de los Jerónimos. (Son los únicos monumentos que requieren reserva previa).
Es importante señalar que la administración de estos monumentos ha establecido nuevas normas de aforo: el acceso está sujeto a un número limitado de entradas diarias, de acuerdo con la política de gestión del monumento. Por este motivo, las reservas de franjas horarias se gestionan en tiempo real y requieren la tarjeta física activa.
Le recordamos que la Lisboa Card es un pase completo que incluye 51 museos y monumentos, además de transporte ilimitado. Aunque estos dos lugares concretos tienen una fuerte restricción de aforo diario, la tarjeta ofrece decenas de otras alternativas culturales de gran calidad sin necesidad de reserva previa.
Para el resto de museos y monumentos incluidos en la tarjeta, solo tiene que dirigirse a la taquilla y mostrar la tarjeta.

Anonymous Free entrance to Jerónimos Monastery is granted with this Lisboa Card, but be careful. Actually there is a limitation in the number of free entrance per day, and even with your validated your Lisboa Card, you have to purchase a normal ticket after the limited number is exceeded. We purchased two Lisboa Cards to obtain the benefit of free entrance to Jerónimos Monastery, but we ended up purchasing two normal adult tickets, WASTED our money unfortunately.

It’s important to note that the management of these monuments has implemented new capacity rules: access is subject to a limited number of daily admissions, in accordance with the monument’s management policy. For this reason, slot reservations are managed in real time and require an active physical card.
We’d like to remind you that the Lisboa Card is a comprehensive pass that includes 51 museums and monuments, as well as unlimited public transportation. Although these two specific sites have strict daily capacity limits, the card offers dozens of other excellent cultural alternatives that do not require advance reservations.

Mathieu Rodriguez It's great to have such a card for all the attractions you have in Lisboa, but there were multiple attractions that were closed (Azulejos museum, Pantheon ,Elevador Santa Justa) or partially closed (Mosteiro dos Jerónimos). It's really usefull for all the transport you're using, but too expensive considering all the attractions closed. Last but not least, some castles from Sintra should be included, Sintra is WAY too expensive.

Benoit Bourdon La carte est intéressante avec une bonne organisation. Gros point négatif elle n'est pas dématérialisée donc impossible de réserver en avance les horaires de visite pour la tour de Belém et le monastère sans avoir en physique la carte (nécessité du code inscrit dessus). Résultats, si vous ne passez que 1 ou 2 jours sur place, impossible de bénéficier de la carte pour pouvoir visiter la tour de Belém (créneau tous remplis). Il serait peut-être temps de faire un système de carte dématérialisée reçu en pdf...

Anonymous We ordered the Lisboa Card online some weeks before we arrived. It was not possible to reserve a timeslot for the Belem Tower without the physical card. When we arrived to pick up the Lisboa Card at the airport, all slots for the next 2 days were already booked, so we could not use the card for this.
