Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND PICKUP INFORMATION

Shipping is charged on all orders.
Orders are prepared Monday through Friday only. The order preparation time after confirmation of stock availability is 48 hours + estimated shipping time according to the selected company and the order destination.
Weekends and holidays are not counted in the order shipping period.
Delivery companies:
1.    CTT - Correios de Portugal - shipments only on Fridays (orders placed before 12 noon)
Europe - 6 to 18 business days
United Kingdom - 5 to 8 business days
Other countries - 7 to 12 business days
2.    DPD - 48 hours for order preparation + estimated shipping time according to the order's destination.
3.    CTT Expressos - 48 hours for order preparation + estimated shipping time according to the order's destination.
4.    CTT Expressos Premium - Shipping to the US and Canada - 48 hours for order preparation + estimated shipping time of 7 days, depending on the order destination. There may be some delays at Customs.

There may be delays in deliveries by carriers during sales periods or holiday seasons.
Lismarketing is not responsible for situations in which the carrier is unable to deliver the order due to circumstances attributable to the customer, namely incorrect or incomplete address, absence of the recipient, or failure to collect the order after notification.

Any delay in the shipment of items does not entitle the Customer to any compensation, without prejudice to their rights under applicable law. Lismarketing will question the distribution company about the reason for the delay and will open an investigation. If the customer has not received their order and there is no proof of delivery within 90 days, a full refund will be issued.

If the items are returned to their origin, Lismarketing will contact the customer to agree on reshipment or a possible refund, in which case the actual shipping and return costs may be deducted, without prejudice to the applicable legal rights.

No shipping – FREE – Pickup service available at our Lisbon store, at Rua do Arsenal 7, or another store to be indicated by our services – Service available Monday through Friday. Please allow 48 hours for order preparation. Wait for an email from our services with information that the order is ready. After the order has been prepared and the confirmation email sent, the customer has 30 days to collect it.
