✅ To validate your card, you must use it for the first time on public transport.
✅ Write down the date and time of your first use and sign behind it.
✅ The Lisboa card is activated the first time it is used. From then on, the hours on your card are consecutive.
✅ The Lisboa Card must be scanned at public transport machines.
✅ Some attractions offer exclusive benefits to Lisboa Card holders - Fast Track access at selected museums
✅ In museums and monuments, you must go to the ticket office and show your card to get your ticket. The ones with machines labelled with the Lisboa Card (fast track) must be scanned. Only Torre de Belém and Mosteiro dos Jerónimos require date and Time reservation!

How to Reserve Torre de Belém and Mosteiro dos Jerónimos Slots with the physical Card?
✅ For discounted attractions, such as the Palaces in Sintra you must present the card directly at the ticket office and pay the difference. It is not possible book or buy tickets online with the Lisboa Card.
✅ If it does not work correctly. We kindly request you to go immediatly (within the activation period of the card) to an Askme Lisboa Desk in case of technical problems.
