I thought I was being organised and booked this tour ahead, (on the cities official tourist website) however you have to visit an information desk in the city to collect in person which was out of the way and when I got there it took over an hour to collect since they hadnt come accross this type of ticket before. I only had the one day in Lisbon and this wasted 2 of my hours which was dissappointing but I still managed to have a good time and the tour itself was good and saved on a lot of walking.
