The Lisboa Card is a contactless, personal and non-transferable card that is valid once you have filled in the date and time of first use, signed it and validated it on a form of public transport.

The Lisboa Card in four steps

1️⃣Buy your card

Buy your Lisboa Card online or visit the Askme Lisboa Desks to explore all the options.

2️⃣Get your card

When you arrive in Lisboa, visit a Askme Lisboa Desk to get your card. An #order confirmation email will be sent to you. Please present this email to redeem your card up to 30 minutes before closing time.

3️⃣Use your card

The card will be active the first time you use it. To visit the included locations, simply show your card at the entrance. Scan your card when entering any bus, train, tram or metro.

4️⃣Enjoy!

Insufficient information about what attractions are included in the price. Even with the Lisboa card we waited in a long queue for the Jerónimos Monastery. The situation was bad because a large number of people had no idea that they had to make a reservation and then blocked the queue because they demanded entry.

EIne Fast Lane für das Jeronimus-Kloster ist nicht vorhanden. Reservierungen für einen Time-Slot müssen sowohl für das Kloster als auch für das Torre de Belem vorgenommen werden. Eine Reservierung war aber für das Torre de Belem nicht möglich, da dieses über Tage hinweg ausgebucht ist. Der Elevedor de Santa Justa war auf unbestimmte Zeit geschlossen und konnte daher auch nicht befahren werden.
Fazit: Wenn Museumsbesuche nicht vorgesehen sind, ist es sinnvoller nur Tickets für die Öffis zu kaufen.

Mal, muy mal prganizado... tienes un tiempo limitdo para usarla pero nonte avisan que las entradas las compras con tiempo o no tienes.
En los puestos de información turística ofrecen muy poca ayuda o poca explicación y finalmente la sensación es de haber perdido mucho el tiempo intemtando conseguir entrdas y con el extres del tiempo de la tarjeta.
No la recomiendo, no merece la pena

Le agradecemos su comentario y lamentamos que el proceso de reserva para la Torre de Belém y el Monasterio de los Jerónimos no haya cumplido sus expectativas.
Nos gustaría aclarar que el vale digital enviado por correo electrónico funciona exclusivamente como justificante de compra (o de reserva del pase). Por motivos operativos y de sincronización con el sistema informático de los monumentos, la reserva de franjas horarias requiere la validación del número de serie único que solo figura en la tarjeta física.
Por este motivo, el canje del vale por la tarjeta física en uno de nuestros puntos de venta oficiales (Ask Me Lisboa) es un paso obligatorio antes de poder realizar cualquier reserva.

Not worth it

For the key places that Lisboa card can be used, they only sell limited free tickets to Lisboa car holders and ticket sells out very early, although Lisboa card can save you money for belem, jeronimos etc most likely you won't be able to use the card for tickets there unless you go very early

It’s important to note that the management of these monuments has implemented new capacity rules: access is subject to a limited number of daily admissions, in accordance with the monument’s management policy. For this reason, time slot reservations are managed in real time and require an active physical card.
We’d like to remind you that the Lisboa Card is a comprehensive pass that includes 51 museums and monuments, as well as unlimited public transportation. Although these two specific sites have strict daily capacity limits, the card offers dozens of other excellent cultural alternatives that do not require advance reservations.
