Justin S No one should miss the opportunity to visit the top of the Arch. Try to be there when the bell is striking the hour. The view is unforgettable and the city in motion as seen from the top defines everything Lisboa.
It is also an inexpensive ticket that can be purchased months in advance but still used at one's convenience.
