This workshop aims to provide participants with the skills to distinguish between the different tea families, their origins, and their correct preparation. Teas and herbal infusions. Eastern tea and Western tea.

The workshop will also teach participants how to properly prepare loose-leaf tea: how to handle this raw material, how to store it correctly, and how to make the most of and enjoy all its qualities, as well as ways to easily incorporate quality tea into everyday life.

To conclude, we will prepare a Chinese tea tasting session in order to learn how to identify the drink’s “organoleptic” notes, understand water temperatures, and master the correct Western-style preparation method (teapot preparation). Approximate duration: two and a half hours.

1. Visitors must pass through a metal detector arch and their small bags will be screened using an X-ray machine.
2. Larger bags must be left in the lockers, which will be available at the entrance, next to the shop.
3. Please arrive 15 minutes early.
